Numan is changing the way men look after their health and wellness. It’s a decades-old problem: men aren’t seeking the healthcare that they need. Our survey showed that modern-day society is yet to conquer this worrying trend. It revealed that 4 out of 10 men haven’t visited a doctor in over a year, and 1 out of 10 can’t even remember the last time they saw a doctor.
We’re building a platform that gives men direct access to medical professionals, pharmaceutical products and the knowledge to make informed choices about their health. Our mission is to help men across the world live healthier, happier lives with Numan as their trusted, long-term partner for all things relating to their wellbeing.
Our aspirations are big - we recently raised  Series B working with industry-renowned, top-tier investors including White Star Capital, Novator, Anthemis and Vostok New Ventures, accelerated our growth in 2021, with ambitious plans for further growth in 2022.  We are looking to expand our world-class team to ensure we achieve our mission, and we are looking for the right people to work with the team to empower us to make this vision a reality.

Your Mission at Numan:
As a part of our continued commitment as a product-led organisation we’re now expanding our Product Team. We’re looking for a Product Manager - Growth who will hold a strategic and tactical position guiding our growth strategies and initiatives and leading a cross-disciplinary squad to execute successfully. 
As an active collaborator, we expect someone who is comfortable working in a delivery team model while supporting innovative and sustainable solutions to growth. As a leader and facilitator you’ll be working with cross-functional teams that include a diverse set of skill sets. You’ll also, as we scale the team, be leading other Product Managers in your area.
You’ll be working in what is rightly the most highly regulated environment, with responsibility for products that can be genuinely life-changing. What you'll do:
- Thoroughly and accurately represent the business and our users in all parts of the product process.
- Analyse data to identify and measure growth opportunities to improve lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn - gathering insight from A/B and multivariate tests.
- Rigorously vet new ideas or initiatives against company strategy and ensure all effort can demonstrate a line of sight to our end goals.
- Define, maintain and collaborate on the growth product roadmap and backlog, accounting for the cost, impact, and risk of different opportunities.
- Define and manage to targets / ROI.
- Collaborate with the dev team and stakeholders ensuring expectations are common and clear at all times.
- Review work results based upon your pre-defined targets and clearly capture and communicate learning.
- Manage Product Team members in their area of responsibility, providing both project-led guidance and career development.
What experience you bring:
- Product-led experience in a fast-growth business working on a B2C product.
- Proven track record of driving success of core customer and business metrics (conversion, AOV, LTV).
- Experience with AB/MVT testing platforms and analysis. 
- Experience conducting growth experiments and believe that we can learn faster and deliver more value to our customers through experimentation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - able to organise and facilitate key Agile ceremonies (we’re not slaves to Agile but want someone who brings an established toolkit).
- Have a firm understanding what it takes to deliver high-quality products at speed.
- Comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate prioritization.
- Hypothesis driven with strong analytical skills, are comfortable understanding cohorts, segments, and funnels and are familiar with analytics tools such as GA.
- You obsess about the customer and learn from them. You understand the psychology behind creating products which consumers love, and understand the path to making that happen.
- Experience managing and directing a small team.
- Are collaborative and a superb communicator. You work across different teams with ease and can translate creative ideas in technical language and visa versa.
- Experience in working across the explore-exploit spectrum - both optimising current growth while strategically exploring new ideas and offerings.
